Tara has been a hair stylist in the area since 1998. She joined Salon Utopia in 2006 and is our Lead Stylist. Tara's advanced skills in color and cutting techniques keep clients lining up for her services. Tara enjoys creating looks for photoshoots and is excited to be a part of the Dig·ni·ty Event!
